WHIITEBOY PRESENTS: ALL MY HATS ARE PARTY HATS!
Tomorrow on the 20th of May 2026 there will be an immersive party experience in Manchester to celebrate and immerse yourself into a new EP from Whiiteboy - All my hats are party hats.
This morning I spoke to Whiiteboy (Taylor) and his partner Lili Donovan about tomorrows event. It will be held at Cupra City Garage with tickets on RA for the incredible price of £0 - that’s right tickets are absolutely free! So make sure to claim yours and join in on the party.

What does all my hats are party hats mean?
“All my hats are party hats is an expression of how I see the different stages of myself and my music development and my character as a whole I guess.”
“I feel there's different segments of my life and I remember them by the hats that I was wearing at the time.”
“They're all party hats in some way or another.”
“Everything's a big party when you strip it to its core.” - Taylor
What is the EP about?
“The EP is definitely a reflection of that really, it kind of explores maybe the more melancholy side of being active and trying to do all this stuff while balancing life.”
“I think the soundscapes and the atmosphere are very kind of ethereal but a bit dark as well quite melancholy quite a sombre, but the lyrics are very hopeful and it feels like a push towards a better future which I feel like is what we've also managed to create through the event that's happening tomorrow and the EP project as a whole.” - Taylor
Who are you collaborating with for this event?
“Lili Donavon, my partner in crime has been the main partner and collaborated through the EP itself, she's featured on 2 tracks with some vocal compliments and she's also been a big help in the event, the shoots, everything, all the direction.”
“It's definitely been a big collaborative project.” - Taylor
“It's been great to see Taylor's perspective throughout creating his music because he's produced It as well, it’s been incredible to see his progress through producing it and me through hearing it and how I have then interpreted the visual space of the event and how we brought all the visuals together from just the sound of his actual EP itself.” - Lili
What do you want people to get from this event?
“I want people to enjoy it I think there's so many events nowadays that everyone feels so separate, it's nice to have events where- “it's interactive” (- Lili) you feel that sense of community I mean Lili's been working behind the scenes on loads set design and we've got these goody bags that we're doing.” - Taylor
“I think it is doing it because we really wanted to create something for ourselves and for people. I feel like that is the main drive behind it is being able to create a project that then at the end can be celebrated through all of our friends that make what we do also very possible.” - Lili
Would you want to say anything to those attending?
“Bring your party hats. It's going to be nice, it's going to be a great time, it's going to be a party environment and we'll have a big fat boogie. You've got some trinkets that are going to be hidden around the place there’s going to be some cool set design.”

“Yeah truly, it's going to be nice to feel and see the support and the energy in the room.” - Taylor
